Since May I have lost 3 hub caps. One on the front which I found. Then one off the rear which I could not find so I purchased another one for $60.00. Now I lost the first one again and another back one. My husband does not want to pay another $120 for this junk. I agree. I am hoping to find other hub caps that will stay on.

Also lost a hub cap, with only 12,000 miles on the car. My wife, who drives the car, pointed it out and its clearly the way they are designed. Nissan needs to recall them.

This is the second hub that I have to replace. The first one fell off completely another Cal Tran pick up. Replaced it at a cost of $75.00. Had the new less than a month and the hub that I replaced is broken already those darn tabs. Went back to the dealer said, since the hub had a scratch my fault. Has anyone found any decent replacement hubs? I rather have factory ones but at what cost! I see a lot of Versa's missing only one hub. I thought for awhile there was a bandit stealing replacement hub for their Versa. They felt bad so they only take one from each owner. Nissan needs to give Versa owners a full set of replacement hubs as part of the package!

Well, we lost ANOTHER hubcap - this time, it was hanging by a thread so we were able to see what was causing the problem. The clips that hold the hubcaps on are breaking off. It's a design flaw that needs to be addressed by Nissan.

Ok, in less than 6 months we have lost 3 of our 4 hubcaps. Because we have one that shows that the plastic clips broke, I have to assume the others broke also. I took it in to our dealer (where we purchased the car) and they said they could only sell new ones to us for their cost which is the same amount that I can get over the internet from Nissan. That makes me think they are not even giving us a break on the cost. Obviously there is a flaw in the design and I don't think we should have to pay for the replacement hubcaps. What ever happened to the customer is always right and we want to keep our customers happy so they will come back for another car someday? I would love to know how many other Versa owners are having the same problem.

This is the first time we lost a hubcap and did not know the circumstances as to why we lost it.

A second hubcap broke and was flapping in the wind while we were driving down the road. Another motorist told us we were about to loose our hubcap so we stopped and took it off before it was lost. There are some tabs that clip onto a metal ring that were broken.
