I have no idea at this point what could be wrong with this car. It ran hot on me, much to my surprise, about 2 months ago. Coolant was a little low but not horrible. Topped it off. About 2 weeks later, it wouldn't crank without a long cranking time which burned out the starter. When it would crank, it would stall upon putting it into any gear. Changed the MAS. Stalling when putting into gear stopped. Extending cranking time still there. I took it to the dealership and they replaced the starter.

I still had the issue so we got a new battery because ours had a dead cell. Crank issue still there. Dealership replaced the fuel pump. Issue still present. We changed the spark plugs and ignition coils. Issue still there but much less annoying than before. Engine is now overheating again despite perfect coolant levels, fan kicking on, radiator clean, etc. At this point in time, no fix has repaired this issue.

overheating, and thought it was the thermostat, put one in

I have had mounds of issues with this vehicle!! bought It when it first came out the latter part of 2007 December going into 2008 and paid cash for it more than $16,000!! and have had issue after issue, after issue! the problem I'm experiencing right now is the car needed a thermostat put one in, and it did fine the first day or two, but noticed I was not getting any heat! went back to check it the following morning opened the hood once it was cranked and the water was just pouring out the hose, and found it was the seal, replaced that and now it has done no good, still running hot!! so I'm not sure now if it is a blown head gasket or what. Also a while back putting the key in the ignition to start it up and get to my destination and turns off the ignition can not remove the key from the ignition it is stuck in there! that has been two years ago! still to this day cannot remove the key from the ignition at all! so I have to park near my house in the fenced in yard and pray no one comes into my yard and recognizes the key is still left in the ignition! the same thing when I go out to shop or restaurant, movies, church etc. pray all the time no one walks past my car and realizes hey someone left the key in the ignition! it has been a total nightmare with this vehicle!! so I'm at my wit's end and don't know which way to turn, or which way to go on my situation!
