My car just all of a sudden had a grinding noise with no indicators before it happened. The engine is working fine and there is no lights to notify me of a problem. The car moves forward even in the park position and has a grinding noise when you put it in gear. When it is in park, no issues with a grinding noise and the engine is fine. I need to put the emergency brake on to keep it in place.
