Dear Sirs
I have been using Toyota "Corolla" since 2006 June in Hungary Budapest. It is a new car, not used one. My mileage is now around 65,000km.
Toyoda made recall my car in the middle of last year because of transmission (gear box) problem. And when I went to Austria Vienna on 6th Nov.2010, my car had a problem again on the motorway. So I had to take traction service from Austria to Budapest my house in the midnight. It was really terrible.
I contacted Toyata Mayer located on 2090 Budakeszi Patyi ut 40. They checked my car, and finally they said that the problem was clutch related to transmission. That's why it was suddenly stopped on the way in Vienna. At that time it was a very dangerous situation. And they said that Unfortunately it could not be covered by guarantee and it was not recall issue as well. Anyway I had to repair my car and I paid every costs for it. (attachment 1~2 : invoices - traction and repair cost) On the other hand I checked the problematic clutch to mechanical specialists. (attachment 3~4 : pictures) They said that the strange abrasion of clutch is not normal at 65,000km driving distance.
After think over, I am sending this e-mail my complain to your company. Please check and review my case and I would like to get back the costs caused by the strange clutch.
