Lately whenever I go over a dent on the road or any change other then super flat, the right front knocks metal to metal. I've inspected it and nothing is loose or appears damaged. Steering sucks on this car and the stock suspension brand new is horrible. Good daily driver for mpg but that's about it. Super uncomfortable and not worth taking a loan out on one. Waste of money.

Corolla LE 1.8L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 28,000 miles

Front end knocks and rumbles whenever car is moving, mostly on the drivers side. Toyota mechanic found bad strut and link. Wants $1300 to fix it. Took the same car to a private mechanic who found nothing but did hear the noise. Third mechanic found nothing obviously wrong but does hear the noise. Not sure what to do. Think the car is a lemon.
