Finally, today I gave my car for service but when I receive it, HEADLIGHTS were not working !!!. I asked them why, they replied these parts are (non-genuine) they advised me to fix it outside because it is not from Toyota. When I asked to fix my lights that they damaged, but it was the surprise Service Adviser when they called him to ask him if he did inform me about it, he replied I need to pay for new set of lights. When I said I just need my lights fixed and I do not want to pay any extra for their mistake, he replied it is not Bengali shop, I must pay, otherwise I should take my car as it is.

I do not want to add how your telephone operators are handling inquiries, you just need to call inquire about something and you will see by yourself. Personally I had enough but I was letting it go because my car is Toyota!. So I need them and I must be very patient and accept whatever they will do.

This is my last time I will do my service at your place, and I will make sure that whatever happened with me will be shared everywhere. Toyota was one of my favorite cars, however Customer Service will definitely affect negatively on their reputation.

You may check in your records, my car plate is M24450.

Thank you
