The touch screen that controls bluetooth connections is non responsive for most of the screen, especially the bottom part. I cannot add or remove a phone, which is important for me to be able to do. In researching this problem, I have discovered that this is a very common issue for 2015 Toyota Corollas, and I feel that Toyota should address this issue and stand behind their product. My family and I all own Toyotas/Lexus because of their reliability, and it saddens me that this seems to no longer be the case.

Just bought this 2015 Corolla and later the same day noticed none of the buttons on the bottom right of the touchscreen didn't work, so we could not sync Bluetooth to our phones. No hands free phone talking, no Bluetooth radio from phones. This really sucks. Buying a car with Bluetooth was a priority and that's part of the reason I went with this car. I assumed everything about the touchscreen/radio/Bluetooth worked because it seemed fully functional on the test drive. Radio worked etc... I've read many forum posts and apparently this is super common with the 2014/2015 model corollas and Camrys. The only solution is to take it to the dealer and pay $1,000 for a new radio system/screen. Unless you have under 36,000 miles which in that case it's covered under warranty. Pretty disappointed with Toyota on this one. Add complaints so they notice and fix it!!!

Corolla S Premium

The problem is that while I am listening to the radio and the GPS comes on giving directions, the radio does not fade so the radio and the GPS are talking over each other and I can't understand the GPS. This had led me to make many wrong turns and almost cause accidents. It makes it impossible to use the GPS. I have taken the car to the Toyota dealership and the service management agrees there is a problem. However, Toyota dealership cannot find a solution nor the radio mfg. At this time I will keep returning the vehicle to the service dept. and after 4 times of it not being fixed I am going to file with my states lemon law.
