Purchased certified used Toyota and never tried to use rear seat belts. When we tried to use seat belts all the rear seat belts were not working" would not latch".
2007 Toyota Fj cruiser. Passenger seat belt would not retract backward. The vehicle was taken to the Toyota dealer who advised that because the vehicle was outside of the 6 year/60,000 mile warranty and no recalls, the repair/replacement of the passenger seat belt assembly was at my expense. The driver side seat belt is also showing signs of a weak retract and appears that it will also require replacement soon.
