I have 2003 Toyota Highlander driving vehicle one day just had returned from a long trip had approx. 130000 miles notice the car was making noise and a rattle to it.. got the vehicle home called Toyota had the vehicle towed they inspected the vehicle and found that a piece of the casing that holds the spark plug has somehow burned the bottom and caused part of the tip of the spark plug to fall into the engine and splatter causing me to have the engine replace to a sum of $6000.00 This is product liability claim this should have never had occurred.. When speaking with my Service Advisor at Toyota In Morrow, Ga John Mannering @ 678-783-2640 he stated he has never seen anything like that at all....
