I have called/complained about the poor functioning of the transmission in our 2005 Toyota Highlander, the issue started right after I purchased the vehicle new. Seems like the problem is getting worse and happens all times. The dealership indicates that the hesitation and jerking of the transmission is because the transmission needed service fluid change. I paid to have the service performed. No improvement. Now being told that it is caused by the electronic controlling of the transmission.
Terrible responses by the dealer / Toyota. I now have 130k miles and the problems continue and seems to be getting worst.
