The microphone for the hands-free bluetooth phone feature is terrible. Sounds like your in a gravel pit - lots of complaints from people on the other end of the line. I've tried new phones as well as reconfiguring, etc. nothing works. Took it to the dealership before the warranty expiration and naturally they couldn't find anything wrong. Totally annoying.
