We bought a "certified" used car, the problem wasn't noticed until 2 days after we purchased the vehicle. We took the Highlander to a different dealer (closer) than the one we bought it from. They feel like the selling dealer ignored the problem and the TSB. This is annoying and we went without our new to us car for 1 week. After the repair though all seems well. For now.
