back spoiler has melted

I was washing my 2014 Highlander in the driveway the other day and noticed that the back spoiler was all melted. As I got online this is known problem that Toyota basically has told everybody to basically f*ck off and it's caused by the sun. I hope there is a class action suit against these douche bags because that's such bullshit to put a product on that melts in the sun. I've seen estimates up to $2700 to fix out-of-pocket. My Highlander sits in a garage with no windows and it only has 65,000 miles on it. I'm basically done with Toyota will never purchase another one. I've been a lifelong Toyota user.
