Mold odor in cabin of car since June 2018. Car has been in for this twice. Second time they said it was a leak and they removed headliner and resealed drain around sun roof. Cost to us was $1600.00 which included interior detailing to remove odor from carpets and interior of car.
Odor still remained so went to dealer and they put an ionizer machine in cabin to remove odor. I refused to pay for this so don’t have the cost. Odor still remains and we are going to pursue this.
I’m a cancer survivor and do not want to be subjected to this odor.
I have had a conversation with the service manager at the dealership.
Will be returning to dealership again!!
