Says hands-free but has constant echo on Bluetooth phone calls, Toyota says make adjustments on each call. Hardly hands-free and definitely unsafe!

I travel for business, and have never been able to use the Bluetooth hands free phone features that are necessary in my daily driving. Extreme echo makes bluetooth phone connection unusable.
