I bought a brand new Toyota Venza V6 10 year ago. Good car and a great transmission. However after about 40,000 miles, the steering column started rattling … badly. Hard to believe. Very bad. Toyota sent out a recall for a few customers but I did not get the recall notice. So …I had to live with this nightmare until I sold the car.
I am definitely done with Toyota. My 2019 Highlander needs work to repair the dash rattles and fix the navi voice recognition system. The NAVI DOES not work. Period. The rattles are showing me that the quality assurance and build quality are no longer a part of the Toyota quality assurance program.
