It’s brand new 2021 highlander v6 with 8spd. While on driving I feel gear is jerking and if I stop on hill and then the gear is making big noise inside something slamming inside. On slow speed it’s hunting for gear. Driving from 60km/hr to 3km/hr then on accelerating its feels like gear is slipping and it’s hunting for gear. Very rough ride on this transmission. I checked website and noticed from 2017 Toyota is having this problem and not yet fixed. Very very bad if you can’t fix it properly why these guys selling the faulty vehicle. I heard it’s a known issue for this transmission. Anyone going to buy Toyota Highlander please don’t buy this 8spd vehicle. Question for Toyota. Why you didn’t fix this issue and selling faulty item???????
