I purchased my 2022 Toyota Highlander Platinum brand new in 2021.On or about 3.3.25 I brought car in wanting to initiate texts which is a feature on this car.
I brought it to the Toyota Dealer service advisor who played with my android phone and the dashboard. He couldn't resolve the issue. The next day as I was driving my car to the Toyota Dealer appointment for the tech to look at I noticed the problem worsened. I was not able to respond to received texts. My car was left at the Dealer without any resolution. I was informed that the car is out of warranty . Toyota Dealer did not offer to fix it . Any ideas on how to get this problem resolved?
Update from Mar 14, 2025: The technology issue was fixed by Toyota Connect Services. I hope it stays fixed
