I took our SUV into Findlay Toyota, and they told me they test drove it and couldn't duplicate the same issues that I was having, and that is understandable since it does not do it all the time, but what really left me shaking my head was the so-called Toyota specialist that took my information was telling me it might have been because I drive the SUV in ECO mode. I'm over 50 yrs of age and I told him this is not my first newer vehicle that I've owned or driven with eco mode applied and I have never had experienced this issue in other vehicles I driven. So, for the time being I have wait until the transmission goes out or once it keeps happening more frequently so, I can take it to the dealership and go on a test drive with them. I'm glad I did purchase the 100k warranty. I don't know if this is a defect or the person who was driving the SUV for the last two years before me drove it hard.
