When closing, the hatch back goes down about 8 inches stops and then returns to full open. Sometimes I have to try to close it three or more times to get it to go down completely. I have cleared the door memory by pushing in and holding the close button on the door per the owners manual procedure but this doesn’t fix the problem. This a real problem particularly when my hands are full. I can usually reach up to push the button once but I have to put down my stuff to do it multiple times. And I have received comments from bystanders because of this.
