The fan makes this rattling noise, which is heard louder when on speed #1, you could still hear it on other fan speeds but the sound of air covers it up a little. It's really annoying to hear this constant noise while driving, the outside temperature does not effect it at all, nor does the AC being On/Off or heat/cold/none.
I took it to the dealer, they took the fan/blower apart and found no issues with it and only AFTER they did that they told me this sound is "normal." They must of definitely thought that sound was not normal or worth investigating for them to take the initiative to take it apart in the first place.
Another issue with the fan is that I hear a loud click coming from the far left side of the dashboard (fuse box maybe?) whenever I turn the fan ON and/or OFF, regardless of the AC being On or Off. I've driven many cars but this is the first time I hear the fuse (I'm assuming) clicking when I turn the fan On and Off.
