On getting a warrenty issue fixed and the general maintenance, the chrysler garage person called to tell me that the driver and passenger seat panels were not attached correctly. OK, we got the car from the factory and they must have been not attached correctly from the factory since there has been no work done on the car except oil changes. Since the car was barely over 3 years old it was not under warrantee. How can something from the factory that they attached incorrectly become a cost to my pocket.
Shame on you Chrysler. I hope it isn't something that can hurt us in the event of an accident because it was not fixed. I don't feel I should pay for somebody elses errors.
