Explorer LXT 4.0L V6

I own Explorer 4,0 1996 driven only 130 000 kms. I had car in service and had afterwards some running problems in engine, sent it back and received comment "your engine has problem in 2nd cylinder".

They proposal was to open whole engine - no idea what it could be and costs as big question mark.
