Door ajar sensor won't stop! Ditto all other complaints about the driver side door... I'm getting ready to just rip it off! Tried "adjusting" and it worked for a bit but now this stupid sensor continues to warn me door is open.. lights stay on for a while but eventually turns off... annoying as hell!

The interior lights do not turn off and the door ajar indicator light on the dash is illuminated. This occurs every time I get in the vehicle and again when I get out. Apparently the issue is with the drivers side door because after repeated opening and closing of the door the interior lights will finally go off and door ajar indicator goes off. Very frustrating!!
