The transmission is locking in drive. I must use the shiftlock override to get it into gear. The check engine light has come on and recently the thing gear shift seems to be clicking at me when I try to put it into gear.

problem started off occasionally, but then started to occur more often. finally had to use the shiftlock override to get into gear, dont know if honda will warranty or not as of right now

One day my car was in park, and I couldnt get it out of park into another gear. I had to wiggle the gear out of place to make it go in to drive. I had wiggled the gear so much trying to get it into drive or reverse that the damn gear just came off one day. Luckily I was not far from home and some one had to come out and put it back on so I could go where I had to go
