I have attached pictures of the seat after Ted Russell Nissan has tried to replace the piece and one additional picture of the passengers side seat showing the way the back of my seat should look.
Ted Russell Nissan tried to replace the part to fix the issue on 9/11/13, but there is still a gap between the seat and the hard plastic piece where the clips still are not attached correctly.
This issue should never have been an issue on a new car, but Nissan should still have been able to fix this also. This issue is still a pain and needs to be resolved ASAP.
