CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2005 Chevy Astro Van has a solid reputation with very low complaint rates. The only problem now is finding one with low miles.
Not only is the 2005 Astro Van reliable, but since they were built on a truck powertrain, they can tow 5,500/5,000 lbs (RWD/AWD) -- almost double what other minivans can.
The Chevy Astro is mechanically identical to the GMC Safari.

Since having the fuel pump replaced on my 2005 Chevy Astro van, when I go to put gas in the tank, the pump keeps shutting off (approximately every 10 cents) like the tank is full. I can hear the gas going in but it appears to not be venting. Any suggestions? I can be at the pump for an hour trying to fill it up.
