CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2005 Chevy Astro Van has a solid reputation with very low complaint rates. The only problem now is finding one with low miles.

Not only is the 2005 Astro Van reliable, but since they were built on a truck powertrain, they can tow 5,500/5,000 lbs (RWD/AWD) -- almost double what other minivans can.

The Chevy Astro is mechanically identical to the GMC Safari.

Blinkers went out, took to shop, they put in flashers. Blinkers went out again in a day. I installed a new fuse, old fuse had blown. Took it to shop and told them what happened and as I was leaving blinkers went out again. Left van with them. They kept it a day, said they could not make them go out and had taken steering wheel apart. Left with blinkers working. Blinkers went out next day. Do not know what to do now.
