Avalanche LT3 V8 5.7L Flexfuel

Well about a month or two ago, after getting my car washed at the local detail shop, I noticed the painted exterior door panel trims were fading. I had asked the detail shop if they had used any kind of buffing compounds or a high speed buffer and the manager stated they don't use them unless you request it. And he said he would have recommended that it not be used on such a new vehicle since it doesn't need it.

Later on I went to the dealer where I purchased the vehicle from and the service manager inspected the vehicle. He then checked to make sure the truck was still under warranty and ordered new door trim all the way around. I'm very satisfied so far with their no hassle resolution to the problem. Once the trim is in, they will be calling me up to have it put on my truck. From the time I pulled into the service area, to the time I left the dealer was only about 10-15 minutes.
