I have 2 different Cobalt's, a 2008 and 2010. Both are losing paint on the doors. This should not be happening if it was properly painted in that area. This is the first vehicle I have ever had with this problem. This issue should be covered with a recall.

After the dealership re-painted my car when I bought it, a couple of months later the paint was rubbed down to the metal again.

Since it took it no time at all I didn't feel taking it in to get re-painted would do me any good because they aren't interested in fixing the real problem. It seems to be more of a pain to try to get up to the dealership, find a ride home, get around for however long they keep your car, then find someone to take you back up to the dealership
