The last couple of weeks, my car has been having trouble starting. Also, I have noticed that my car has been smelling like gas. I took it in yesterday, and the car repair shop said that I needed a new fuel pump for my car. Needless to say, it is NOT covered on my warranty and there is NO recall for this fuel pump, even though several people have had this same problem. Now I am out a vehicle because I can't afford the $900 to get it fixed, and I really shouldn't be driving a car that has a fuel leak. I have two more years to pay on a car that I can't drive. I am looking on getting a personal loan, but there are no guarantees. I hope GM is happy. They not only are stripping me for money I don't have, but they are creating a very dangerous situation by allowing cars on the road with faulty equipment. I will definitely keep this in mind the next time I buy a vehicle.
