The vehicle is 4 weeks old. The door locks initially would not work. Then, the car would shut off completely at intersections and the radio screen went completely blank and would not work. Then....the radio would not shut off and there were no volume controls. Took it to the dealership and after waiting all day to hear from them, was told it is the OnStar Module. Here is the problem, they are back-ordered. Probably because they are all junk and now, it could be 3 days or 3 weeks before the module comes in. So, we are paying a lease on a car that we cannot drive or use. By the way, the 3 days or 3 weeks was an exact quote from the service manager at the dealership.
Update from May 14, 2019: After 33 days at the dealership and after we filed for a buyback with Chevrolet the dealership called us to say our vehicle was repaired. We picked it up and it initially seemed ok. Then, today ... May 14th, it started again with the same problems. The radio is not working. It won’t shut off. The radio plays all of the time. The volume is low but steady. I fear it’s in need of another OnStar module.
