This car is the first brand new car I have ever had. I leased it first and misunderstood the mileage allowance, that is why the miles are so low. But, the car HAS been driven, but NEVER driven hard, off road, anything. I have taken care of the car, regular oil changes, etc.
However, while leasing, had to replace battery TWICE! Had to replace TWO serpentine belts...water pump was the culprit, but, that happened right AFTER warranty went out....how so very convenient. Have had to replace the heater actuator, now the AC one needs fixing and now...the TRANNY!!!!! With no warning, nothing. I am thinking it was faulty when installed at the factory and am seriously going to pursue this. $3000.00 to replace a car that has been taken care of very well. Ridiculous!!!!!
I know it says report multiple problems separately...I am NOT reporting multiple...the TRANSMISSION one is the main one...just think for a car NOT REALLY that old...(and, by the way, I DID have a recall on the ignition but had to wait for parts...what is up with that??? You can get killed, but, IF you live we will fix it once we get the parts because we have had to fix SO MANY already....lol).
So, how do I go about...if I can...making them responsible IF I find a faulty transmission was factory installed, as I believe I will? Thanks a Bundle....I said that because that is what I will be paying. GM...you used to be a great company AND I DO LOVE MY CAR....but, seriously? This is Bogus BS!!!!
