Apparently according to the dealer the 2012 impala has alignment issues currently not covered by the warranty but factory is aware of the issue. This cars alignment is off from the get go and needs new tires frequently because of the problem. The dealer says the strut plate needs to be modified to fix the problem, costing a minimum of $125.00. If the factory is actually aware of this issue then why isn't it covered under the warranty?
