problem #2

Lumina V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 130,000 miles

After i got my car in May it would drive perfectly but sometimes, just out of the blue, it would NOT start, not turn over or anything. i would have to wait 10 minutes then come back and i would start. But it ended up majorly over heating and almost had to get transmission replaced, but temperature gauge or anything else NEVER showed any signs or anything until the day of major over heating. Had to replace a few parts but ran fine afterwards, but still after a month would not start at random times.

In December i had just taken my car home the day before from getting alignment and new tires, the next day, wouldn't start anymore and is sitting in my garage. starter and battery have been checked by mechanics and both perfect.

NO IDEA WHY IT WONT START ANYMORE.

Great car otherwise, But the thing will start once then hesitates, tap the gas drive off and it's fine. Once you shut the car off you have to wait 30mins+ before it will start again!!
