So my wife and I are driving from CA to Las Vegas and when we arrive at the first off ramp stop sign the car starts to shudder, as if it's seeking a gear. The car continues to do so at every stop light for the next three miles. I decide to pull car into the next available transmission place that I can find since it's still under the extended warranty. We find a transmission shop and about 30-45 minutes pass by before the technician runs some tests and comes back to let us know that everything is OK. We drive off and the problem does not repeat itself, except when we drive back home and come to a stop 350 miles later. Drove the car 98 miles to LA; same frigging problem and again to Victorville, 48, miles and the car feels like it wants to jerk forward as it comes to a stop. Took car to dealer yesterday and $98 later he calls back to tell me that he cannot duplicate the problem (why am I not surprised, I got the car from hell). Called GM and the customer service rep tells me what I already know: They want me to take the car over to them immediately when the problem occurs. This is the first time I bought an American product, think I will go back Japanese.
