Driver side rear door lock does not work using the driver side door lock button. Neither of the two key fobs work either, one of which failed June 1, 2016 and the other failed July 16, 2016. New batteries in each key fob did not reboot the fobs. I feel that these problems should be fixed free by Chevrolet and believe a quality control problem is the root cause of the problems.

back door won't open with fob

my 2009 malibu back door stopped working using the key fob at just over 29000 miles! Now the other back door has done the same thing! The dealer checked and said the sensors are too weak to respond ,Great , can't afford the expensive repairs I'm a senior on a very low income, Sure didn't expect this on my AMERICAN made car!So I have to roll down the windows to lock and unlock the doors in order to use the back seats.

Have only 31000 on my car , What's Next?
