My fleet 14 Malibu now has over 50k on the odometer, but this problem has been happening since around 30,000 miles. The steering wheel sticks in the center position when driving on straight roads. It's a little unnerving at first, even though it was originally very faint. It's gotten stickier as time and mileage have progressed. I was about to take it in for repair when I received the attached letter from GM saying that it is a known issue that they will fix and will warranty for additional years and mileage as well.
