This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that may have an external oil leak and/or diagnostic trouble code P16D0 after the cylinder head was replaced. If the is an external leak verify the oil galley plugs 5 and 6 are installed. If diagnostic trouble code P16D0 sets, verify oil galley plug 10 has been installed.
