I have had new 2014 and a new 2015 Mailbu LT with absolutely no problems. I purchased this new 2016 in August of 2016, it was fine until the weather turned cold and I had to turn on the heat. The heat NOT only comes out no the floor but ALSO on the windshield even though the DEFROST BUTTON IS not on. Had it check out at the dealer and they said there was nothing wrong with it. As it turns out GM has the same problems on all 2016 and 2017 Mailbus'. I found this out from a GM engineer. Going back to see the dealer again.
