I purchased my 2017 Chevy Malibu 2 months ago took it in less than a month after purchased with transmission light on. Was told it needed an emission update. They updated it. Last month while driving it the car began to run funny then the light came on again. Took it back to the dealership they said the oil stick had came out and the pressure wasn't balanced in the car from that. It is back there again today with the same light from the first time but different code. So I was told today I don't think we can fix that. So I replied I guess that means I get a new car right. He replied it looks like it. We will see later today, because I don't think I want the Malibu back after reading all these hurrah stories. I know GA has a lemon law and this falls under that so I will update on what happens.
