Driver's side seat was unstable. Upon inspection of the driver's side seat consumer noticed that the bracket broke off the main seat frame. The cause of the bracket breaking was not determined. The consumer stated that the seat was poorly constructed.
Bucket seat latch broke, causing the seat to move back and forth. Dealer notified, and informed consumer that this vehicle was not cover by a manufacturer's recall, and repairs would be at consumer cost. Please feel free to provide any further details.
The driver's seat broke loose from the tracks. Could hear a popping sound before the break happened. Whenever accelerating, the seat would rise up. Had called dealer & informed consumer that the seat tracks needed to be repaired.
When driving a frontal impact occurred, seat and belt did not hold. Also, the air bag sensor was cracked, and the air bag did not deploy. Dealer contacted and they will not remedy the problem. Do not have the appropriate information on the product to remedy the problem. Driver was injured, and out of work. Provide further information.
