Silverado 1500 5.3L

  • Automatic transmission

I really like my truck but when you get in and you start driving, then you notice that it is in 4 lo,4hi,or even neutral. This is enough of a problem to see why gm is bankrupt because of all the cheap parts installed. Then when you go to fix it, it costs you a house payment to fix the damn thing. this also sounds like it could be a problem for the complaints of clunking noise because it sorta sounds the same way. When they check the codes it comes up water in the tccm(transfer case control module) and that is unlikely unless you stick a water hose up under the dash. right now I am trying to find this part cheaper than 500 bucks
