I've paid to put it in 2 different shops only to be told, they're not sure how to fix it. Chevy dealer wants $88 an hour to fix a problem that they caused. I've seen numerous Chevy trucks without brake lights, so it's not just mine. I'm just pissed there's no recall on it so maybe Chevy can figure out where they went wrong and fix it free. It's a ticket waiting to happen, I've just been lucky so far. Just grateful I still have the brake cab lights or I'd have been rear ended dozens of times by now!
