I have contacted auto dealer and also contacted GM directly and they are telling us that there is not anything they can do as this is corrosion and not covered under warranty. Of course we can pay for this ourselves and it can get fixed. LOL!! I have been on many of websites and forums and this seems to be a common problem, well why does not GM fix this issue. When you pay 40k for a vehicle you do not expect this to happen, I have driven a Silverado for over 30 years and never had any that looked like this, very disappointing Chevy.....
