Takata recall - I have called 5 to 10 times now to local dealers and they keep telling me that they don't have a replacement and they do not know when one will be available.
Takata recall- my vehicles status is still incomplete! no repairs have been attempted and it has almost been two years since this recall was issued! I demand answers! also the dash is cracked on my truck in the very same place it's cracking on thousands of other trucks. This needs to be recalled as the plastic can injure someone!

Takata recall. Airbags are defective and could cause death or serious injury if deployed. GM has not issued a remedy for this defect and dealer will not replace until further guidance is received from GM.
Takata inflators: I received a recall notice 2 years ago and GM is still saying they don't have a solution yet. My question is does someone have to be injured or killed before GM will replace the defective inflators. If the air bag inflators installed are known to be defective, the manufacturer should be required to replace them.
Takata recalls: Nothing has happened al of today. If the piece of crap car salesman at the lot where we bought this truck a year ago would have given us a car fax as we ask and then when back for and written for we would not have bought the truck. Now my question is why do we have to wait for injury or death due to this company selling defective merchandise, why hasn't there been a fix, solution, or something done about this problem" why are american consumers subjected to this danger and these big corporate companies get away with it. I have family and a small great grandson that rides with me. Why should I have to worry about their safety when I put them I my vehicle? if you want the name of the crooked car lot doing this stuff, please let me know I would love to blast them all over the world. Now the bottom line what is going to be done about this problem before we die or are bleinded for life??" this is ridiculous.

"takata recall"takata had put my 2011 Chevrolet Silverado under a recall in may of 2016 but GM is taking a very long time to complete the recall and provide the remedy.the status said that GM was supposed to resolve the solution based on the results of their petition by August of 2017.it is now January of 2018 and still the recall status states "incomplete/remedy not yet available"I feel that it is very unsafe to drive my vehicle and GM is taking their time on a very important safety recall.
