The contact owns a 2012 Chevrolet Sonic. When the contact attempted to place the vehicle into park, the key would not release from the ignition switch. The failure occurred thirty times. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified. The approximate failure mileage was 38,000.
