I have to put my Chevy Sonic in the shop about 6 or 7 times a year. It has gotten worse the last two years as I a have had to replace thermostat, serpentine belt, fuel filter, alternator, several batteries. The electrical system has issues, charges do not work. There is an issue every time I put gas in the car and finally last night it broke down on freeway.

I paid $2000 for bumper to bumper warranty, cooling fan went bad @ 51,000 miles. Chevy Dealer Findlay Motors said they would not cover the repair because the engine was dirty and that is what caused the failure. They want $450.00 to replace the cooling fan. I found a new fan with lifetime warranty for $100.00. What a rip-off.
