Rear seat belt buckles locking mechanism is recessed & too close to other seat buckle release. 6 -year old child, inadvertently pushed on both locks & released seat belt buckles on a 2-year old & 6-year old. Had slammed on brakes & 2-year old came forward & over front seats & hit console.
