The new 2015 Tahoe have a push button ignition. I pushed off the ignition with the car in drive (forgot to put in park), exited the vehicle and realized the car was rolling down the hill. I quickly jumped in and applied the brakes to stop the car. I was surprised that even though the car is in drive when the car's ignition is turned off, the transmission disengages and the car is in neutral! this is a big hazard. There should either be a fail safe and not allow the car to turn off in drive or automatically place the car in park when the ignition switch is pressed. (this is what happens on a recent model Mercedes.)
